Service Overview
Lead3x is a digital advertising service provider that helps businesses set up and manage online ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. We provide strategic campaign setup, optimization, and reporting services tailored to your business needs.
Free Trial and Billing
We offer a free trial period during which clients are fully onboarded and campaigns may begin. After the trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged unless a cancellation request is submitted within the trial period. The free trial typically lasts for three (3) days from the date of onboarding.
Once the trial period ends, billing will occur automatically via the payment method on file. Charges may be recurring based on the plan selected (monthly or annual). Monthly plans will be charged automatically each month. Annual plans will be billed as a one-time payment at the start of the subscription period.
Payment Methods
We accept payments through credit cards, PayPal, and other digital wallets supported by our payment gateway. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees using that method in accordance with your selected plan.
Recurring Payments
If you are on a monthly subscription plan, your card or payment method will be charged automatically every month until a cancellation request is received. For annual plans, the charge is processed once for the entire year.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested explicitly via email or our support contact form before the next billing cycle. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will process it and halt any future recurring charges. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining period of a billing cycle after cancellation.
Refund Policy
All payments made after the trial period are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. The free trial is intended to give you full access to evaluate our services. It is your responsibility to cancel within the trial period if you do not wish to continue.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our platform or services. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting false information, using our services for fraudulent activities, or interfering with the operation of our systems.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided on Lead3x.com, including but not limited to graphics, text, logos, and software, are the property of Lead3x and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality services, Lead3x shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including campaign performance variations or losses resulting from advertising platforms.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
